Part-time or full-time · Remote (US or Europe hours)
Freelance contract · 16 hours per week minimum
If you care about driving real marketing impact with data, whether you call yourself a marketing analyst, growth marketer, or technical marketer, this role might be for you.
I’m Barbara Galiza. I’ve worked independently for almost 10 years, helping companies like Mollie, Ashby, WeTransfer, Gitpod, and Veed solve tough tracking and attribution problems. I now run FixMyTracking, a service that helps performance marketing teams fix broken conversion tracking and improve how their campaigns perform.
I’m looking for a sharp, curious person who has direct experience using data for paid media campaigns. You’ll work on tracking audits: investigating events, debugging signals, documenting fixes, and helping me prioritize what matters.
This is a great fit for someone who already knows their way around paid media and tracking tools, and wants to move into freelancing. You’ll get hands-on experience with technical projects, and also see how a premium solo consultancy runs behind the scenes. That includes how leads are managed, how projects are scoped, and how client relationships are handled.
You’ll level up your technical skills, grow your strategic thinking, and get a front-row seat to impactful client work, while building the foundations for your own independent path.
You will have a lot of autonomy and learn a lot along the way.
